How do I set up daily reminders?

During onboarding, you can choose a time for daily affirmation reminders. You can also update this later in the app's Settings. Make sure notifications are enabled for AffirmUp in your device's Settings.

Where are my voice recordings stored?

All voice recordings are stored locally on your device. They are never uploaded to any server. If you delete the app, your recordings will be permanently removed.

Can I export my vision boards?

Yes! You can export your vision boards as images and save them to your Photos library directly from the app.

How do streaks work?

Your streak tracks consecutive days of completing your daily affirmation practice. Open the app and go through your daily affirmations to keep your streak going.

Is my data backed up?

Your AffirmUp data is included in your standard iCloud or local iPhone backups. If you restore your device from a backup, your affirmation data should be restored as well.

How do I delete my data?

To delete all AffirmUp data, simply uninstall the app from your device. All locally stored data — including affirmations, recordings, and vision boards — will be permanently removed.
